Job Description:

****To qualify for this role, you must be able to deploy and be on long-term assignment on Kwajalein Island in the Marshall Islands.

General Summary:

We are seeking a Heavy Equipment / Pump Operator to join the Parsons team based in the Marshall Islands. This role involves operating and maintaining concrete pump machinery efficiently and safely. Position Goal:
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure concrete pumps meet DOT regulations.
  • Fill water tanks before each project and secure all valves.
  • Operate the pump safely, set up the system, and clean after use.
  • Drive concrete pump trucks responsibly between sites.
  • Evaluate site conditions and coordinate with contractors or supervisors.
  • Operate boom and concrete pump to place concrete as instructed.
  • Load/unload pump attachments safely.
  • Maintain pumps in good condition through regular cleaning.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Valid commercial driver’s license (Class A or B).
  • Experience operating concrete pumps.
  • Good manual dexterity and comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills.
Education, Experience, & Licensing:
  • OSHA Safety 30-Hour Certification.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 5 in the field.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift up to 75 pounds overhead.
  • Push and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Work dayshift or nightshift.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Relocate to Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.
Security Clearance:

None required.

Salary Range: $29.95 - $52.40 per hour.
