Q2 Artificial Lift Services in Snyder, AR is seeking a Pump Shop Technician I to support shop operations by cleaning, inspecting, assembling, and handling rod pumps and oilfield equipment. You will ensure equipment is prepared safely and efficiently while assisting with inventory, shipping, and general shop activities.

The position requires a minimum 12th-grade education, basic technical aptitude, a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Follow Quality, Health and Safety policies and procedures.

• Assist with other tasks as assigned by a manager.
• Pick up & delivery of rod pumps and well-site equipment.
• Load/Unload field trucks and/or 3rd party trucks.
• Stock receiving and general shop duties.
• Clean & inspect rod pumps & oilfield equipment.
• Assemble & re-assemble rod pumps & oilfield equipment.
• Answering phones and basic computer use.
• Washing floors and general housekeeping.

Position Summary

The Pump Shop Technician I supports shop operations by assisting with the cleaning, inspection, assembly, and handling of rod pumps and oilfield equipment. This role ensures equipment is prepared safely and efficiently while supporting inventory, shipping, and general shop activities.

Basic Employee Responsibilities

Position Specific Responsibilities

• Pick up & delivery of rod pumps and well-site equipment
• Load/Unload field trucks and/or 3rd party trucks
• Stock receiving
• Manual lifting

• Spotter/helper for trucking companies
• Clean & inspect rod pumps & oilfield equipment
• Use of solvents
• Use of supplied API approved tools

Required Minimum Qualifications
