Job summary

Tradebe Environmental Services in Saraland, AL seeks a Pump Room Operator to safely operate pumps, manage fluid transfers, and support daily production across the tank farm. The role involves on-site work with rotating 12-hour day/night shifts and overtime opportunities.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent, industrial experience, and the ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pumps to support daily production activities
• Load and unload fluid volumes in compliance with regulations and company procedures
• Manage material transfers within the tank farm, including inventory checks, sampling, and stock monitoring
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance in the pump room, truck bay, and containment areas
• Conduct blending operations and assist with tank transfers
• Cross-train in Lab Technician, Lead Operator, and Process Technician duties
• Other duties as assigned

Join our operations team and play a key role in safely and efficiently managing the flow of materials throughout the facility. This is a great opportunity for individuals with industrial experience who enjoy hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and contributing directly to smooth daily plant operations.
