Tradebe Environmental Services in the United States is seeking a Field Services Supervisor to lead on-site industrial cleaning projects at customer sites. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes safety, scheduling, and team supervision in dynamic field environments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial cleaning or field services, 1–2+ years of supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and a TWIC card. Willingness to travel 80–95% and work a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years in industrial cleaning/field services.
• 1–2+ years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• TWIC Card.
• Able to meet DISA pre-employment requirements.
• Prior emergency response experience.
• Willingness to travel 80–95% and work flexible schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards
• Monitor and enforce DOT and OSHA safety rules during cleanup activities
• Conduct site safety meetings and maintain proper protective equipment levels
• Manage all phases of on-site projects, including scheduling and team supervision
• Communicate effectively with clients and maintain accurate project documentation
• Safely operate heavy equipment and tools for cleanup operations
• Perform physical labor related to cleanup, waste removal, and remediation
• Other duties as assigned

• Valid driver’s license required
• TWIC Card
• Able to comply with DISA pre‑employment requirements
• Prior emergency response experience
• Ability to work flexible schedules and travel as needed
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written/oral instructions
