Job summary

ChampionX is seeking a Pump Repair Technician in Pecos, TX to interface with customers and manage repairs of pumps and parts. The role includes assembling/disassembling rod pumps, stocking materials, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

You will handle loading/unloading, answering phones, and delivering repaired pumps to sites, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift

Qualifications

• Experience in repairs of pumps or parts is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing documents and blueprints.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers and manage repairs of pumps and parts.
• Assemble and disassemble rod pumps.
• Perform standard warehouse duties and maintain a clean safety-focused work area.
• Load/unload trucks and stock material; answer phones and greet customers.
• Repair pumps and deliver to designated locations; other duties as required.
