Job summary

Pump Reliability Solutions, LLC in Houston, TX seeks a Repair Coordinator to act as the liaison between customers, sales, vendors, engineering, and production. You will review customer requirements, determine repair scope, and prepare detailed cost summaries and quotations for repair jobs in the service center, aligned with ISO requirements.

You’ll issue work instructions, coordinate repairs, manage purchases, supplier quotes, and shipping documentation to meet commitments while supporting Lean

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and SAP preferred
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of pump repair processes and ISO standards

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements for pump repair and determine scope
• Plan repairs including labor, materials, and costs
• Create work instructions and repair work orders
• Coordinate with vendors to source parts and ensure timely delivery
• Prepare cost summaries and quotations for repair jobs
• Manage shipping logistics and documentation for repairs
• Ensure work complies with ISO and OSHA requirements
• Support Lean and EHS initiatives across the company
