Sulzer is seeking a Production Support Specialist to be the primary technical anchor on the production floor, ensuring pump assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair meet strict engineering and quality standards. You will generate routers and production orders from drawings, BOMs, and specs, guiding efficient operations and on-time delivery.

Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma; Bachelor's in Mechanical Eng/Tech preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and machine shop processes for pump repair.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills; excellent verbal/written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret design drawings and BOM to develop routings for manufacturing parts tailored to machining capabilities.
• Generates production work order packages for pump parts and assembly of new equipment pumps.
• Generates service order packages for disassembly, inspection, and repair of pumps.
• Coordinates with Production Planners and Shop Supervisor to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Assists in development of inspection plans, procedures, and forms.
