Rain for Rent is hiring a Mechanic C to repair and maintain diesel and gasoline pumps, representing the company with customers and building strong relationships. This role typically requires 1–2 years of mechanic experience and the ability to learn Rain for Rent SOPs.

You will participate in on-call rotations, handle basic engine services, inspect pumps, and support safety and quality standards across a range of portable and stationary equipment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years mechanic experience required.
• High School diploma or GED or better.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to read a map, plan routes, and calculate distances.

Responsabilités

• Perform basic inspections while learning SOPs.
• Service engines including oil changes and fuel filters.
• Grease bearings in pumps and wheel bearings.
• Operate portable cordless, electric, and pneumatic tools safely.
• Read and apply information from parts diagrams and manuals.
• Inspect, test pumps to specification; complete paperwork.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
