Job summary

PSG is seeking an assembler in a fast-paced production environment to complete pump builds, perform sub-assemblies, and box finished goods. The role requires reading simple instructions, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities include following standard work, performing preventive maintenance on tools, hydro-testing, and accurate inventory transactions. Overtime may be required to meet production needs in a dynamic facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and conform to company standards and building requirements.
• Ability to work in a standing environment.
• Mechanically inclined and able to operate required equipment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to production processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform all router steps on the work order to complete a pump build, including kitting, sub-assembly, and boxing.
• Follow standard work in the production cell to meet design specifications and quality procedures.
• Perform TPM on department tools and equipment.
• Perform hydro-test on required work orders and capture certificates.
• Maintain inventory accuracies by transacting work orders and moves in the system.
