Job summary

PSG is seeking a Pump Assembler to safely build pumps to specifications, following blueprints and standard work. You will perform sub-assemblies, testing, and packing, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced production cell.

The role requires high school or GED, manufacturing experience, and proficiency with hand tools and basic measurement devices. A forklift background is a plus, with opportunities for process improvement and lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing assembly preferred.
• Experience reading and interpreting basic blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform all router steps on the work order to complete a pump build including kitting, sub-assemblies, non-destructive testing, and crating of pumps.
• Follow standard work in the production cell to meet design specs and quality procedures.
• Perform TPM on department tools and equipment and conduct hydro-tests when required.
