Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Dependable with good attendance and work ethic.
• Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to be trained).
• Good communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform back filing and balancing of impellers to ensure proper fit and performance.
• Build and assemble skids for crating and shipment.
• Paint and tag components accurately according to specifications.
• Set up and assemble centrifugal pumps and turbines as specified.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and specifications to ensure quality.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Participate in training to develop product knowledge and skills.
