Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential. The position offers a starting hourly rate of $21.85, plus benefits, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a $1.35 shift differential on the 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pump components using hand tools and fixtures.
• Verify part numbers and quantities in SAP.
• Pick, kit, and deliver parts to assembly cells.
• Support inventory and documentation as needed.
