Job summary

SARA, Inc. High Power Electromagnetics Division (HPEM) in Colorado Springs seeks a Pulsed Power Engineer to advance R&D in pulsed power systems, RF, and high voltage applications. You will work with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, physicists, and technicians on DoD and DoE programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Pulsed Power, Power Electronics, High Power Solid-State Switching, Applied Electromagnetics, High Voltage (1 to 100s of kilovolts)

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
• Contribute to detailed design and analyses of high-power switching technologies and pulsed power systems.
• Support rapid R&D activities in Colorado Springs, CO.
