Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a Pulp and Paper Technical Sales Intern to gain hands-on industry experience at customer facilities in the U.S. This internship offers a real project, mentor guidance, and exposure to technical sales in a global specialty chemicals business.

You'll develop analytical, project management and communication skills while applying coursework in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Pulp & Paper, and Chemistry.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address real-world problems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Relevant STEM coursework in chemical/ mechanical engineering, chemistry or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience applying methods and theories learned in class.
• Develop skills in technical acumen, project management and business know-how.
• Work on a customer project with tangible deliverables demonstrating Solenis solutions.
• Pair with a Solenis mentor for guidance and feedback during the internship.
• Network with professionals in your field and evaluate Solenis as a potential employer.
• Present projects to senior leadership at the Intern Symposium.
