Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or mill environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs.), stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work 12 hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established protocols
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping to ensure a safe work environment.
• Assist operators and technicians with machine setup, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished products as needed.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment if certified.
• Follow safety regulations including lockout/tagout procedures and PPE requirements.
• Support shutdowns, equipment changeovers, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor production areas for hazards, spills, or maintenance needs.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment issues under supervision.
