Quincy Medical Group seeks a Registered Nurse in Pulmonology to join a small, collaborative outpatient clinic. You will assess, educate, and support patients with respiratory conditions alongside a physician-led team in Quincy, Illinois.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong clinical judgment, and teamwork within a close-knit department. Qualified candidates hold an Illinois RN license and CPR/BLS, with ICU/IMC/hospital nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in ICU/IMC or hospital nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, obtain vitals, review medications and histories.
• Provide nursing care for acute and chronic pulmonary conditions.
• Assist providers with examinations, treatments, testing, and procedures within the RN scope.
• Respond to patient calls and messages, assess symptoms, and provide nursing guidance per protocols.
• Coordinate diagnostic testing, referrals, medications, and follow-up care.
• Educate patients and families regarding respiratory conditions, medications, treatments, and disease management.
