The Veterans Health Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, seeks a Pulmonary Disease physician for a full-time position within the Internal Medicine service at the VA Nevada health system. The clinician will lead clinical care, mentor residents and students, and coordinate multidisciplinary patient management with the health care team.

Formación

• Must meet basic medical licensure requirements in the US.
• Residency training in an ACGME/AOA accredited program leading to board eligibility.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide medical evaluation and direct overall management of patients with the health care team.
• Supervise Internal Medicine Residents and medical students.
• Comply with bylaws, rules, regulations, and health record documentation.

Conocimientos

English proficiency

Pulmonary Disease board cert.

Educación

MD (Doctor of Medicine) degree

US medical license (full, unrestricted)

Residency in core specialty (ACGME/AOA)
