Pulmonology Physician at All Star Healthcare Solutions

We are seeking a Pulmonology Physician to join our Pulmonary Critical Care team in Kentucky. The position involves 100% Pulmonary and Critical Care medicine, with a call schedule of 1:4 and a supportive group of physicians and APRNs. Competitive income guarantee, production bonuses, and eligibility for shareholding after the first year are offered, along with the benefits of working near Nashville, TN.

Details of the Pulmonary Critical Care opening in Kentucky:

1. Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care
2. 100% Pulmonary and Critical Care medicine, no Internal Medicine, with a 50% Office and 50% Hospital split
3. Cover Medical, Surgical, Neurosurgery, and Cardiac ICUs
4. EBUS Scope available; Sleep studies optional; located near Physician's Office
5. Group consists of 3 Pulmonary and Critical Care Physicians, with a goal to expand to 5; support staff includes APRNs
6. Call Schedule: 1:4 (current schedule; a part-time physician covers weekend calls)
7. Income guarantee, production bonus, and excellent fringe benefits; physicians are eligible to become shareholders of the medical group after the first year
