Pulmonary Outpatient Opportunity in the Bay Area

Join a multi-specialty private practice with 11 offices ranging from San Francisco to Sacramento and Redding. This position offers flexibility in location for those interested in the SF to Sacramento corridor.

Compensation and Employment Models:

• First-year salary of $300,000.
• Option to choose between salary or production-based pay without buy-in requirements.
• Post-first year, providers transition to a 1099 productivity model with a 60/40 split.
• Options for W2 or 1099 employment.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

• Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with no weekends.
• Compensation ranges from 50-90% of MGMA for total earnings.
• Payor mix includes mostly Medicare and private insurance, with some Medicaid and Self Pay.
• Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
