Job Description:
- Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Pulmonary Disease/Critical Care physician to join our practice in Peoria.
- Join an established practice of 3 Pulmonology/Critical Care Physicians, 7 Critical Care Advanced Practitioners, and 1 Critical Care ID Physician.
- Responsibilities include outpatient and inpatient care.
- 3 Respiratory Therapists available for spirometry and walking oximetry in the office.
- Work with experienced clinical and non-clinical staff who are familiar with the patients and community.
- Strong Interventional Radiology support.
- Endoscopy lab equipped with EBUS and Robotic Bronchoscope.
- Sleep medicine experience is desired but not required.
- Patient volume averages 12-18 patients per day in the clinic and 8-12 inpatients per day.
- Call schedule is 1:5 weeknights and 1:5 weekends.
- Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.
