Job summary
Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN is seeking a Clinic LPN to provide nursing care on an assigned unit using the nursing process. You will observe, assess, treat and care for patients across cognitive, physical and emotional needs.
Responsibilities also include supervising non-licensed personnel and ensuring adherence to patient care plans. Requires Graduate of a practical nursing program, LPN licensure and BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a school of practical Nursing or higher education.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification required
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care using the nursing process on an assigned unit.
- Observe, assess, treat and document patient conditions across cognitive, physical and emotional domains.
- Oversee the work of non-licensed personnel and ensure care plans are followed.
