UNC Health Care is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Pulmonology Specialists team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This hybrid, full-time role involves collaborating with physicians to deliver high-quality patient care, including assessment, treatment planning, and patient education.

You will educate patients, participate in quality initiatives, and contribute to a supportive interdisciplinary team dedicated to improving health outcomes in the community.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical- Obtains health history, performs physical assessment, interprets tests, develops differential diagnoses and treatment plans.

• Leadership- Provides instruction and leads outreach and system improvements.
• Professional- Communicates respectfully with patients and coworkers and ensures timely care.
• Quality/Research- Engages in quality improvement and protocol development to enhance patient care.
