Job summary

Ascension St. John in Tulsa is seeking a pulmonologist to join an employed, well-resourced team. You will work within a nonprofit health system with a strong referral base and access to a large robotic bronchoscopy program.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonology is required, with MD/DO credentials and Oklahoma prescriptive authority. The role emphasizes collaborative care across inpatient and outpatient services and a commitment to high-quality patient outcomes.

• Active medical license in Oklahoma or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality medical care using advanced diagnostic and treatment skills to improve patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams within a busy hospital system.
• Participate in the robust robotic bronchoscopy program and contribute to patient-centered decision making.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
