Keystone Distinction Group in La Grande, OR is seeking a Pulmonologist for a permanent full-time role. This position offers a competitive compensation package starting from $550K up to $600K+ annually, along with benefits such as annual quality incentives and student loan assistance. The ideal candidate will have a Medical Degree, a completed fellowship, and be board-certified or board-eligible. You will provide cardiovascular care and manage long-term cardiac conditions in a collaborative environment while enjoying the lifestyle in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient and consultative inpatient cardiovascular care
• Perform and interpret non-invasive studies including echocardiograms, stress tests, and EKG/Holter monitoring
• Manage long-term cardiac conditions for the local population
• Supervision of stress testing in Respiratory Therapy department
• Interpret cardiac imaging, ECGs, and device interrogation reports
• Manage implantable cardiac devices
• Perform minor procedures including implantation/removal of loop recorders, cardioversion, and TEE
• Partner with primary care providers to ensure seamless transitions of care
• Help shape the future of cardiac services within a growing rural healthcare system

Education

Medical Degree (MD) or DO from an accredited school

Completion of an accredited Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship

Active, unrestricted State Medical License

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease

Tools

Compensation: $550K - $600K+ per year
