Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Of New England, is seeking a Respiratory Care professional to join our team on the day shift. The role involves pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analysis for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, ensuring quality standards, preparing accurate reports, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment with proper equipment sterilization. Full-time hours with excellent benefits available.

Qualifications

• Associate in Science Degree, Respiratory Care
• Two to three years experience in respiratory care
• Certified respiratory technician or certified pulmonary technologist

• Ensure that all quality standards have been performed and are acceptable prior to patient testing
• Prepare reports in an accurate and timely manner

Position Purpose

Performs pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analysis on adult, pediatric and neonatal patients utilizing patient cooperation and diagnostic equipment.

What You Will Do
