The RN will educate patients and act as a resource for staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and NMHS policies while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

Formación

• RN licensed by the state.
• Knowledge of the nursing process and documentation.
• Ability to educate patients and serve as a resource for staff.

Responsabilidades

• Uses the nursing process to provide safe, quality patient care and documents accordingly.
• Maintains compliance with NMHS policies as directed by Nurse Manager and Educator.
• Participates in preceptor training to support new employees.
• Communicates with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care.
• Attends daily unit huddles to review assignments and staff.
