Job summary

HCA Florida North Florida Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse for the Pulmonary Unit Nights to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with departmental standards and nursing practice. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to document care and advocate for patients and families.

The role requires current RN licensure, a Registered Nurse Diploma, BLS within 30 days, and a minimum of 1 year RN experience.

Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Current RN license or permit as applicable in Florida.
• 1 year of RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with department standards and practice.
• Collaborate with medical providers and care team to provide personalized care and document care administered in patient records.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and respond to adverse events as needed.
