Job summary

Externallincarecareers in Georgia seeks licensed respiratory care practitioners to staff a pulmonary health and rehabilitation program on a full/part-time or consultant basis. You will implement the respiratory regimen and support pulmonary participants.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will monitor exercise sessions, manage vitals, document assessments, and participate in program outcomes reporting.

Qualifications

• Twenty-four (24) months recent and relevant experience.
• Current CPR and ACLS certification.
• Current registration or certification in state of practice.
• Specialization or certification in cardiopulmonary clinical area.
• Must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement the respiratory regimen and support pulmonary participants.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team to improve outcomes.
• Communicate findings and concerns to rehab team and physician as needed.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with staff input.
• Monitor participants during exercise sessions and adjust prescriptions.
• Document assessments and participant responses in records.
