Job summary

Health Wealth Safe is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Pulmonary Progressive Care unit, delivering specialized nursing care to patients with respiratory conditions such as COPD, pneumonia, pulmonary embolism, and influenza.

In this role, you will perform focused respiratory assessments, assist with ventilator support and CPAP/BIPAP, collaborate with a dedicated team, and contribute to early intervention and proactive monitoring to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a preferred Bachelor’s degree
• At least one year of acute nursing experience
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care with focused respiratory assessments
• Manage deteriorating patients with early interventions
• Perform procedures like ventilation support and chest tube care
• Collaborate with a supportive team and engaged leadership
• Support early intervention and proactive respiratory monitoring
