Job summary

The LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a pulmonary progressive care unit to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, and collaboration with an interprofessional team to promote safe, effective treatment and transitions of care.

You will educate patients and families, develop individualized care plans, and participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associates degree and RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred with 2+ years experience.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking required.

The Registered Nurse (RN) in this role provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a specialized pulmonary progressive care unit.
They assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, collaborating with an interprofessional team to ensure effective treatment for patients with conditions like lung transplants, pulmonary hypertension, ventilator dependence, and related issues.
The nurse educates patients and families on managing illnesses, promotes safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and develops individualized care plans aligned with standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and RN license
