Job summary

Spencer Britt in the Boston area seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an ambulatory pulmonary care team. The role offers a full-time, 40-hour Monday–Friday schedule with multiple outpatient locations and strong clinical supervision.

You will provide follow-up care after hospitalizations for acute pulmonary conditions, order labs, and maintain EMR documentation while contributing to program growth.

Qualifications

• Ambulatory pulmonary care interest required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Active Massachusetts NP license required.
• ANCC certification preferred or required depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Provide follow-up care for patients after hospitalization for acute pulmonary conditions.
• Order and review laboratory studies as needed.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time 40-hour Monday–Friday schedule
• Day shift, first shift
• Ambulatory pulmonary practice with three outpatient locations
• Join a practice with two experienced Pulmonary Physicians
• Help expand access to pulmonary visits in the ambulatory setting
• Provide follow-up care for patients after hospitalization for acute pulmonary conditions
• Order and review laboratory studies as needed
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
• Access to excellent clinical supervision
