Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and perform assessments.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies.
• Provide care with prescriptive authority or referrals as needed.
• Counsel and educate patients and families on health options and resources.
• Document assessments and care plans accurately and timely.
• Coordinate registration-related data collection where applicable.
• Promote informed choices, shared decision-making, and self-determination.
• Adhere to organizational policies and maintain high reliability and safety standards.
