Job summary

HealthOp Solutions seeks a Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for outpatient pulmonary and sleep medicine in Prescott, AZ. The role offers a four-day workweek (Mon–Thu), with no nights or weekends and competitive pay with bonus opportunities.

You will work with pulmonologists and a clinical team to deliver comprehensive care, using AthenaOne EMR, and have opportunities to grow clinically within pulmonary medicine.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (or ability to obtain before start).
• National certification (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA).
• Active DEA registration.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage pulmonary conditions (e.g., asthma, COPD, ILD).
• Order, interpret, and review labs and imaging.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe meds.
• Educate patients on disease management and lifestyle changes.
• Monitor response and coordinate follow-up care.
• Collaborate with pulmonologists, APPs, therapists, and staff.
• Maintain documentation using AthenaOne EMR.
