Job summary

HealthOp Solutions in Prescott, Arizona is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for outpatient family medicine. The role features a stable schedule, no evenings or weekends, and on-site scribe support to focus on quality patient care.

Ideal candidates are licensed in Arizona and trained in U.S.-based NP/PA programs, with DEA eligibility and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment ability. Competitive salary with RVU-based bonuses and sign-on/relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in Arizona.
DEA licensure (or eligibility) in Arizona.
Eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment.

Responsibilities

Deliver primary care services to a diverse patient panel across all ages.
Perform annual physicals, wellness exams and preventive screenings.
Diagnose and manage common acute conditions and chronic diseases.
Develop, implement and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Order, interpret and follow up on labs, imaging and diagnostics.
Educate patients on health maintenance, medication adherence and lifestyle changes.
Coordinate care with onsite colleagues and external specialists.
Document all clinical encounters accurately in the EMR with scribes.
