The Opportunity

Our client is seeking adedicated and mission-driven Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join their growing team in Phoenix. This is a full-time, in-person role across two key locations: Camelback and Sun City West.

This position is designed for clinicians who want to specialize in pulmonary health within a tech-forward, outpatient environment that avoids the burnout of critical care. We are looking to fill these roles ASAP.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of true pulmonary exposure (beyond general medical training).
• Credentials: Current Board Certification and an active Arizona state license.
• Clinical Skills: Proven ability to accurately diagnose pulmonary conditions; knowledge of sleep medicine is highly preferred.
• On-site Policy: Ability to work in-person 5 days per week at the Camelback and Sun City West locations.
• Soft Skills: Strong communicator with a genuine passion for patient care and mission alignment.
• Preferred: Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
