Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Lung Nodule Clinic in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

The APP will play an integral role in evaluating patients with pulmonary nodules and suspected lung cancer, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required.
• Current Michigan licensure or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum 2 years of pulmonary experience; bronchoscopy experience strongly preferred.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate new and established patients referred to the Lung Nodule Clinic.
• Assess pulmonary nodules and develop diagnostic plans in collaboration with specialists.
• Educate patients and families regarding pulmonary nodules and treatment options.
• Document patient encounters, assessments, and care plans in Epic EMR.
• Coordinate care for patients undergoing diagnostic evaluation for suspected lung cancer.
