Exceed Medical is seeking a Pulmonary Clinic Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver specialized care to chronically ill patients in a clinic setting. The APP works both independently and with supervising physicians, diagnosing, treating, and managing complex conditions with evidence-based practices.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, effective communication, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes and ensure high-quality pulmonary care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited NP/PA program.
• Current certification and licensure as an NP or PA must be active.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage complex pulmonary conditions.
• Order and interpret tests to guide treatment.
• Prescribe medications and monitor responses.
• Develop evidence-based, outcomes-focused care plans.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Document patient interactions and care plans in the EHR.
