Qualifications

• LPN/LVN licensure is required to practice.
• BCLS certification is required at hire.
• ACLS certification preferred, depending on unit/role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily living activities.
• Conduct focused patient assessments and report changes to the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections per policy and scope of practice.
• Contribute to development, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care, interventions, and observations.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post-discharge care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
