St. Elizabeth's Medical Center is seeking a Respiratory Pulmonary Function Therapist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic duties in the Pulmonary department.

The role supports quality patient care through advanced respiratory care and accurate interpretation of tests within a part-time schedule. Candidates must hold NBRC registration and MA licensure as a Respiratory Therapist, with 3–5 years of related experience and strong communication skills for collaborating with patients, families, and

Qualifications

• Completion of a two-year AMA approved program in Respiratory Therapy.
• Current NBRC registration or equivalent.
• Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist license required.
• Three to five years of experience with department policies and equipment.
• Ability to review lab results, conduct respiratory assessments, and operate equipment.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnosis- and treatment-related respiratory care duties.
• Deliver Respiratory Care Services to ensure quality patient care.
• Explain therapy goals to patients and families and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
