Job summary

Dartmouth Health is hiring a Respiratory Care Practitioner to perform pulmonary function testing for a multispecialty group serving adult and pediatric CF patients. The role includes cardiopulmonary and provocative bronchial reactivity testing, clinic participation, care coordination, and equipment management.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with day shifts. Requirements include an Associate Degree with CRT or RRT, NH licensure, and NBRC credentials; BLS, ACLS, and PALS within required

Qualifications

• Associate Degree and CRT/RRT exam passed.
• Competent with pediatric, adult, and geriatric respiratory care procedures.
• Knowledge of respiratory therapy devices, procedures, and medications.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiopulmonary and provocative bronchial reactivity testing.
• Assist in care of adult and pediatric CF patients, including clinic participation and equipment management.
• Administer medications as appropriate for scope.
• Conduct pulmonary function tests including spirometry, diffusion, lung volumes, and gas analyses.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot equipment; maintain inventory and safety standards.
