Job summary

The Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic seeks a Patient Care Assistant PCA in the Pulmonary Department. You will take vital signs, guide patients to exam rooms, and ensure medications are up-to-date while preparing patients for examinations and procedures.

You will support physicians during procedures and help maintain efficient clinic flow by following check-in processes and schedules. A high school diploma or GED is required; 0–6 months experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0 - 6 months related experience and/or education preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs, direct patients to proper exam/treatment room, and ensure all medications are up-to-date. Prepare patients for examinations and other procedures.
• Assist physician with procedures as directed
• Make sure current incentive program requirements are addressed and met as appropriately delegated to the check in process
• Review daily schedules to ensure productive clinic flow
