Job summary

The Pulmonary Clinic Advanced Practice Provider (APP) at Exceed Medical delivers specialized care to chronically ill patients in a clinic setting, working with supervising physicians to diagnose, treat, and manage conditions using advanced clinical knowledge.

The role requires NP or PA licensure, BLS/ACLS, and at least 2 years in pulmonary care, with strong communication, collaboration, and patient education skills to support high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current certification and licensure as an NP or PA.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized pulmonary care in clinic settings and collaborate with physicians.
• Order, interpret, and manage tests to guide treatment decisions.
• Prescribe and adjust pharmacologic therapies per guidelines.
• Address age-specific needs and develop outcomes-based care plans.
• Document encounters accurately in the EHR and communicate with the team.
