Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Full-time BC/BE pulmonary/critical care physician leader to start and grow an accredited Interstitial Lung Disease program at a quaternary care hospital with lung transplant and ECMO teams.

The role includes building a comprehensive outpatient ILD clinic, multi-disciplinary conferences, and potential research activity. Shifts are in 7-day blocks; leadership responsibilities span division-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• BC/BE pulmonary/critical care physician leader to start and grow an accredited ILD program.
• Experience in a quaternary care hospital with multidisciplinary teams.
• Oklahoma MD or DO license and board certification in pulmonary/critical care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an accredited Interstitial Lung Disease program within a large pulmonary division.
• Provide direct patient care and oversee clinic, diagnostics, and conferences.
• Lead quality improvement, research, and publications where appropriate.
• Supervise staff, ensure fiscal viability, and uphold safety policies.
