Qualifications

• Current Illinois Nursing License is required.
• Experience in pulmonary care or respiratory therapy preferred.
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and plan shift services.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Lead nursing staff and coordinate with inter-departmental personnel.
• Report on shift activities and manage admissions, transfers, discharges.
• Ensure safety regulations and confidentiality of resident information.
