Job summary

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing licensure required.
• ASN minimum; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under direction of Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, education.
• Review NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
• Chart in Epic EMR.
