Qualifications

• Document care accurately in the electronic health record and collaborate with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings, and assist during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed and perform lab-related tasks as needed.
