Qualifications

• Critical care experience.
• Respiratory therapist experience.
• Florida Licensed Respiratory Therapist (DOH) required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Adult and Pediatric pulmonary care departments in both clinical and non-clinical practices and service delivery.
• Providing program oversight related to pulmonary care (based on licensure) and model of care standards.
• Leading program development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting staff orientation, education, training, and competency development.
• Supporting the education and development of interdisciplinary clinical staff teams.
• Aligning training and education programs with organizational priorities.
• Coordinating employee orientation activities and onboarding processes.
• Providing continuing education and professional development opportunities for staff.
• Demonstrating strong leadership, teaching, and facilitation skills.
• Promoting evidence-based practice and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
