Job summary

Hunt, Guillot & Associates LLC is seeking a Construction Oversight Manager to support operations in Puerto Rico. The role provides comprehensive oversight of infrastructure construction projects funded through CDBG-MIT programs and serves as a key liaison among project stakeholders and subrecipients.

You will lead oversight staff, verify progress, review payment requests and change orders, ensure adherence to safety and environmental requirements, and produce monitoring reports for the Project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction-related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification.
• Minimum five years in construction management or related roles.
• Experience with federally funded infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work in Puerto Rico and travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of construction oversight personnel.
• Conduct monthly site visits to verify progress and compliance.
• Oversee federally funded projects for regulatory compliance.
• Review payment applications, certifications, and change orders.
• Prepare monitoring reports and field observation summaries.
• Ensure safety plans and environmental requirements are followed.
• Provide technical guidance to field staff.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and regulators to resolve issues.
