• Earnings & Compensation

  • Weekly Average: Pull down an average of $1,596.15 weekly gross ( $83,000 yearly average ).
  • Pay Breakdown: Base CPM from $0.58 to $0.62 (with annual $0.01 CPM raises), $29.00 per stop (~20 stops/wk), $5.00 load pay , $15.00/hr detention & breakdown pay, $200/day holiday pay , and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

• The Runs & Freight Specs * Operating Area: Regional reefer distribution out of Ft Morgan, CO serving CO, NE, WY, MT, UT, and ID, logging ~2,000 miles weekly. * Freight Details: Delivery of boxed meats combining 40% dock unloads and 60% hand unloads via electric pallet jacks and dollies (case weights between 50–85 lbs). Operates assigned automatic sleeper equipment. Orientation hosted in Denver, CO.

• Home Time & Work Schedule * Weekly Reset: Consistent Monday–Friday dispatch schedule with regular weekly home resets (averaging 3–4 layovers per week). * Parking & Logistics: Equipment stays parked at the account yard during time off. Drivers must be skilled in winter mountain operations and chaining.
