Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Pick Up & Delivery courier in Salt Lake City to support store and customer deliveries. You will drive a company vehicle, complete pickups, deliver photocopy orders, and assist in-store tasks when not on route.

The role emphasizes safe driving, accurate logs, and professional customer interactions. A valid driver's license, at least 2 years of driving experience, and compliance with FedEx policies are required. Training is provided to ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old with two years of driving experience.
• Valid and current driver’s license.
• Ability to comply with regulatory or licensing requirements per location.
• Must meet FedEx Office motor vehicle requirements, audited annually.
• For new hires, must meet employment qualifications in force at time of hiring.
• For current team members, must meet transfer criteria per Handbook.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company vehicle to perform pick-up/delivery service for FedEx Office stores and customers.
• Pick-up duties include driving to the customer’s place of business or a FedEx Office store, collecting completed masters, and picking up supplies.
• Deliver finished photocopy orders and distribute marketing materials as requested.
• Receive daily route information from a centralized dispatcher via a company-provided phone.
• Maintain vehicle and logs and comply with safety policies and guidelines.
• Perform additional duties within the store during non-delivery times.
